Karee Hays had successfully built a loyal customer base organically through its highly regarded Medi Spa presence in Nashville. While the in-clinic business continued to thrive, Ecommerce remained an underdeveloped opportunity with significant room for growth.

The brand partnered with CDFC to establish a scalable Ecommerce foundation that would allow Karee Hays to transition from primarily in-clinic sales to a digitally driven business model. The objective was to build the infrastructure, channels, and customer journey necessary to support long-term Ecommerce growth and customer retention.

BUILDING THE ECOMMERCE FOUNDATION

CDFC focused first on creating a strong digital marketing ecosystem that would support sustainable Ecommerce growth. This included establishing and optimizing core retention and acquisition channels such as Email, SMS, Affiliate Marketing, and Paid Search.

By implementing a full funnel marketing strategy, the brand was able to move beyond relying solely on existing spa clientele and begin driving consistent online customer acquisition and retention. Strategic lifecycle marketing campaigns, automated retention flows, and targeted paid search initiatives helped increase both customer engagement and conversion rates across the Ecommerce experience.
